The House

Born on the Amalfi Coast

Castielli started with a 12 euro linen shirt from a small shop above the beach in Positano. It outlasted every designer piece in the wardrobe and kept its shape through two summers of salt air. We built the house around that lesson.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 7 to 12 business days, tracked door to door. Shipping is free worldwide.

Will I pay customs fees?

No. Taxes and duties are included in the price you see at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. If it has not arrived after 15 business days, write to support@castielli.com and we will locate it or resend it.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. Size exchanges are free of charge. Email support@castielli.com with your order number and the size you need, we send a prepaid label within 1 business day.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Pieces must be unworn, with the original tags attached. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

Which size should I order?

Our pieces follow standard EU sizing. Every product page has a size guide with measurements in cm and inches, plus EU, UK and US conversions. Between sizes? Take the larger one, linen relaxes with wear.

How do I care for linen?

Machine wash cold and hang to dry. Linen softens with every wash and needs no ironing for the natural look it was cut for.

How do I care for suede?

Brush with a soft dry brush after wear and keep it away from rain. A suede protector spray once a season keeps the nap clean.
